The checkout provider emails a receipt with an order reference. Keep it; we quote it in every message.
The thank-you page links to a short intake form (or an email template). We need your site URL, the pages or journeys, and anything you already suspect.
We check the payment in the provider dashboard, confirm scope within 1 business day, and the delivery window starts.

One public URL on your site: a home page, a pricing page, a product page, a contact page, and so on. A long single-page site counts as one page. Pages behind a login, paywall or payment step are out of scope unless we have agreed a journey in the Business package that uses a test account you provide.
A sequence of steps a visitor takes to complete a goal, such as searching for a product, adding it to the cart and reaching the payment page, or filling in a multi-step enquiry form. Each journey can touch several pages; the Business package includes up to three.
You are taken to a thank-you page with instructions, and you receive a receipt from the payment provider with an order reference. Send us the pages you want tested using the intake form or by email, quoting that reference. We verify the payment in the provider dashboard, confirm the scope within 1 business day, and then the delivery clock starts.
Full refund any time before we send the confirmation email that starts the work. After that, refunds are limited to the cases in our policy — a missed delivery deadline, a report that does not match what was promised, or a wrong finding we cannot correct — raised within 14 days of delivery, plus any right the law gives you. If you pay but never send us the pages to test, we refund in full after 30 days. Business orders include one retest, to be requested within 60 days; if you never request it, that part is simply unused. The full policy is on the Refunds and cancellation page.
Yes. Email us with your original order reference and we will send a hosted checkout link for the difference ($50 from Starter to Professional, $150 from Professional to Business). Delivery times restart from the upgrade.
