Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a website audit from Ismail Sab Ajnalkar, trading as SiteFix Audit. They are written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask before you order. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
1. The service
We test publicly accessible pages of the website you nominate, by hand, on the devices and browsers listed in our FAQ on the date of your order, and deliver a written report of the defects, friction and barriers we find, each with reproduction steps, severity, likely business impact and a recommended fix. The service is a review and a report; it does not include implementing fixes.
2. Packages and limits
| Package | Price (USD) | Pages | Findings | Journeys | Retest | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | 1 | up to 5 | — | — | within 48 hours |
| Professional | $99 | 5 | up to 15 | — | — | within 48 hours |
| Business | $249 | 10 | up to 25 | 3 | 1 | within 5 business days |
A "page" is one public URL. A "journey" is a sequence of steps towards a goal, such as adding a product to the cart and reaching the payment page. "Findings" are the maximum we document; if we find fewer problems than the limit, that is good news and not a shortfall. If we find more, we document the most important ones and tell you that others exist.
3. How an order is formed, and when we may decline it
Paying through the checkout (or asking us for a payment link and paying it) is your offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email described in section 5. Until then we may decline the order — for example because the site is outside the scope we sell, we cannot reach it, it contains unlawful content, or we are not satisfied that you are authorised to have it tested — and if we do, we refund you in full.
You must not order an audit of a website you do not own or control unless the owner has authorised you to do so, including authorising us to submit test entries to its forms. By sending your intake details you confirm that you have that authority.
4. What we need from you
- A website that is publicly reachable for the duration of the audit.
- Your intake details within 14 days of payment: name, delivery email, website URL, the pages or journeys to test, and the order reference. If we have not received usable details after 14 days we will remind you; if nothing arrives within 30 days of payment we cancel the order and refund it in full.
- For a Business journey behind a sign-in: a throwaway test account. Never your own credentials.
- Please do not deploy changes to the nominated pages during the audit window. If you do, findings may describe the earlier version and we are not obliged to re-check them.
We will not attempt to bypass access controls, submit real payments, send messages to third parties, or place load on your site beyond ordinary browsing. We may submit test entries to your forms, clearly marked as test entries; you are responsible for removing them. If a form or checkout on your site creates a binding order or a cost without a payment step, tell us in your intake and we will stop before it.
5. Confirmation and delivery
After verifying your payment in our payment provider's dashboard and receiving your intake details, we send a confirmation email within 1 business day naming the pages or journeys, the package limits and the delivery deadline. Delivery windows (48 hours for Starter and Professional; 5 business days for Business) run from that confirmation email, not from the moment of payment.
Times and deadlines in these terms are measured in the America/New_York time zone. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. The confirmation email states the deadline with its date and time. If we expect to miss a deadline we will tell you before it passes and offer a new date or a refund of the fee.
The Business retest must be requested within 60 days of delivery. It covers only the findings in the original report, on the pages as they stand when you request it.
6. Payment and tax
The full price is paid before work starts, through a hosted checkout operated by our payment provider (Stripe). We never collect or store card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT. Where tax applies to your purchase it is added at checkout, and the checkout shows the final total before you confirm. Receipts are issued by the payment provider; if you need an invoice addressed to a company, ask us.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refunds and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. In short: a full refund any time before the confirmation email; after that, refunds in the cases listed there and wherever the law gives you a right we must honour.
If you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel a distance contract (for example the 14-day right in the UK and the EU), that right applies. When you send your intake details you expressly ask us to begin the audit before that period ends and acknowledge that, once the report has been delivered in full, the right to cancel is lost; if you cancel after we have started but before delivery, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done. The refund policy includes a model cancellation form.
8. What the audit is not
- Not a security penetration test or vulnerability assessment.
- Not a formal accessibility conformance evaluation or legal certification. WCAG references are provided to help you, not to certify compliance.
- Not legal, financial or marketing advice.
- Not a guarantee of sales, conversion rate, rankings, traffic or any business outcome.
The report records what we observed on the pages, devices and dates stated in it. Other pages, devices or later changes may behave differently.
9. Your report
Once paid for, the report is yours to use, share with your team, agency or developers, and keep. We retain the right to reuse our own methods, templates and general knowledge. We will not publish your report, your site's name or your findings without your written permission.
10. Confidentiality and personal data
We treat your intake details and findings as confidential and use them only to perform the service. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
11. Liability
We will carry out the audit with reasonable skill and care. If we fail to do so, your remedy is a corrected report or a refund of the fee you paid, at your choice (for consumers, in addition to your statutory remedies).
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for changes you or your developers make in response to the report, or for the conduct of your hosting, platform or payment providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Business customers and consumers
The service is designed for businesses and people acting in a business capacity. If you buy as a consumer, you keep every statutory right that applies where you live, and nothing in these terms reduces them.
13. General
- These terms, the refund policy and your confirmation email are the whole agreement for an order.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but if such a delay exceeds 7 days you may cancel for a full refund.
- Nobody other than you and us has rights under these terms.
- We communicate by email to the address you give at checkout or in your intake; you can reach us at the address at the end of this page.
- We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and disputes will be handled by its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
