How ordering works

Five steps, no account to create. The whole exchange happens through the hosted checkout, one short intake, and email.

  1. Choose a package and pay

Pick Starter ($49), Professional ($99), Business ($249) on the pricing page. Payment is taken on a hosted checkout page run by the payment provider; card details never touch this website.

    Go to pricing

  2. Keep the receipt

The payment provider emails you a receipt with an order reference. We quote it on every message and on the report itself.

  3. Tell us what to test

After payment, send us an intake email with your name, delivery email, website URL, the package you bought, the pages or journeys to test, and optional notes. The thank-you page has a pre-filled template.

    Open the intake email template

  4. We verify the payment and confirm scope

We match your intake to the payment in the provider dashboard — a thank-you page or a link in an email is never treated as proof of payment. Within 1 business day you receive a confirmation naming the pages, the package limits and the delivery date. The delivery window starts then.

  5. You receive the report

A PDF by email. Business customers reply when their fixes are live and we run the included retest, returning a short closure note per finding.

What we need, and what we never want

Send

  • Your name and the email the report should go to
  • Your website URL and the package you bought
  • The pages (public URLs) or journeys to test
  • Optional: what you already suspect, or which browsers matter most to you
  • For a Business journey behind a sign-in: a throwaway test account, shared via a one-time link
  • Two confirmations: that you are authorised to have the site tested, and that you want us to start straight away

Never send

  • Your own passwords, admin logins or hosting credentials
  • API keys, payment provider keys or webhook secrets
  • Customer lists, personal data or card details
  • Anything you would not want written into a report that your developer will read

Scope, delivery and refunds

Each package has fixed limits on pages, findings and journeys; anything beyond them needs a separate order or a custom quote. Delivery windows are counted from the confirmation email, not from the moment of payment. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before that confirmation email, and if you pay but never send us the pages to test we refund in full after 30 days. The details are in the Terms of service and the Refunds and cancellation policy.
