SiteFix Audit exists because most "website audits" are an automated scan with a logo on top. Scanners cannot tell you that your success message appears when the form failed, or that nobody can reach the buy button on an iPhone SE. A person can, in about an afternoon.
The service is deliberately small: three fixed-price packages, one written report each, delivered within a stated window. There is no retainer, no dashboard and no upsell to a redesign. If you want help beyond the report, ask and we will tell you whether we are the right people.

How an audit is actually done
We start where your visitors start
A fresh private window, a phone, the cookie bar still up. Not a logged-in admin view on a 27-inch monitor. Most defects that cost money are only visible from the visitor side.
We do the things that break
Submit the form with a typo. Press Back mid-checkout. Rotate the phone. Tab through the page without a mouse. Resize to 320px. Click every link in the footer. This is where the findings come from.
We write for the person who will fix it
Every finding has numbered steps, the device and browser, what should have happened and what did. A developer should be able to reproduce it in under five minutes without asking you a question.
We rank by what it costs you
A broken checkout outranks a misaligned icon. Severity is about the visitor task that fails, not about how ugly the bug looks.
What we will not claim
We do not guarantee more sales, higher rankings or a better conversion rate: those depend on your traffic and your offer. We do not certify accessibility or legal compliance, and we do not perform security penetration testing. We do not publish testimonials we cannot verify, and we do not invent "sites audited" counters. What we do promise is a report where every finding is real, reproducible and ranked honestly — and if it is not, the refund policy applies.
