Before you write, a few quick answers

Can you audit a site that is not live yet?: Yes, if it is reachable on a public staging URL without a password.
Do you work with agencies?: Yes. Many orders are placed by agencies on behalf of a client; the report is yours to pass on.
Can I get an invoice?: The checkout provider issues a receipt automatically. Ask if you need it addressed to a company.
Where are you based?: We work remotely and test sites in any language that uses the Latin alphabet; ask about others.
